I want to make a complaint, but the system does not allow me to do so. Well, I bought an offer described as holiday home. I received an apartment in a building with several apartments. Why are you selling a different product than what is described at the time of sale? I want a refund.

Nice accommodation in beautiful surroundings
Good base for all famous Tuscan cities. Florence by train is highly recommended. Fantastic agri for young children!
A truly FAN-TAS-TISH place for your vacation. Beautiful surroundings, nice view, nice quiet and yet plenty to do in the area. We sat there with a 9 month old baby, different from other holidays. But we have enjoyed it. Bruno, the owner is a treasure of a man who accompanies his guests. And once a week, the fresh pizzas that you read in the reviews in June 2017 he still did. Delicious.
We found this lovely apartment, especially because of the view. The owner was extremely friendly. I would not recommend the apartment for six people as it will penetrate into the bathroom where the toilet is.
