We offer a light-flooded, lovingly renovated attic apartment in a listed 3-Kanthof (former Pyrmonter Zehnthof) for a beautiful, relaxing holiday in the Eifel.
The Himmelshöh can be reached via a steep staircase (not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children). The open living and dining area offers a TV, sofa, dining table and a loggia that invites you to look at the starry night sky. The kitchen, which is also open, has amenities such as a 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. On cooler days, the underfloor heating provides a pleasant feel-good climate. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180/200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200), whose view of the sky also invites you to dream.
The farm is on the outskirts of a tranquil and idyllic village with around 500 inhabitants. You can reach the A48 motorway in just 4 minutes, the nearest towns of Mayen, Kaisersesch and Treis-Karden in 15 minutes and forests and fields in seconds on foot.
The apartment offers an ideal starting point for extensive hiking tours on the dream paths and dream paths. Pyrmont Castle and Eltz Castle are in the immediate vicinity, as is the Elzbach Valley, the nearby Moselle with various leisure activities, Maria Laach, and also the motorsport Mecca, the Nürburgring, is not far away. Singing bowl massages and yoga courses are offered in the courtyard itself.

Friendly, sympathetic reception. Cool, extraordinary apartment with lots of windows! The four of us felt very comfortable.
We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd hier! Het appartement was ruim en schoon, met een mooie keukenopstelling, Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was 's nachts geweldig, Even ter informatie, de trappen zijn steil, dus wees voorzichtig als je kleine kinderen hebt, Maar over het algemeen, een geweldige plek om te wandelen en de omgeving te verkennen, Zou zeker weer blijven!
We had a nice stay in this apartment, It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our family getaway, The location is quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday, While the staircase was a bit steep for our kids, we managed just fine, If you're looking for a spot close to nature and historical sites like Reichsburg Cochem, this is a solid choice

The attic apartment was beautifully decorated, and I loved the spacious living area with its cozy sofa and dining table, The views from the loggia at night were simply magical, It was a great base for hiking in the area, especially with Eltz Castle just a short drive away, The underfloor heating was a lovely touch on cooler evenings, making it feel very homey, Highly recommend this peaceful retreat!
