Located in Houffalize, this modern holiday home is perfect for a family or friends' getaway. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a pleasant setting for relaxation. For extra relaxation, you’ll find a jacuzzi and an infrared sauna in the basement.
The location is ideal for nature lovers, with hiking trails and cycling paths nearby. In winter, the Baraque de Fraiture ski resort is just a short distance away. In summer, enjoy the surrounding landscapes and explore the picturesque towns of Houffalize, La Roche, Bastogne, and Durbuy. There are plenty of activities, including the Chevetogne park and the opportunity to kayak on the Nisramont Lake.
Inside, the house offers a comfortable and bright space: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a wood stove in the dining room for cozy winter evenings, and spacious bedrooms. In the basement, you’ll find a game room with foosball and air hockey, perfect for relaxing moments.
Outside, you can enjoy a 28 m² covered terrace, a fenced garden, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Children have their own space with a sandpit and play equipment. Pets are also welcome (for an additional fee), with a maximum of two pets.
This home is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, offering both relaxation and activities, and is an excellent base for exploring the Ardennes.

When we arrived at the house we were very shocked and disappointed. We immediately smelled the smell of the dirty toilet, never seen such a dirty house and such dirty sheets. We called the contact number and were told that someone must have been inside and she couldn't solve it until the next day. I don't dare to tell you how dirty the toilets were. We have pictures of the toilets, the beds, even looked under the beds, brr. Went to clean and the kids washed the sheets. We paid €95 for the cleaning and €85 for the bed linen, a real shame. I expect (and demand) that the cleaning amount and the costs for the rent of the bed linen will be refunded to us. Furthermore, I advise Belvilla to remove the signs of the figures from 2017 for this house.
Nice house, only wifi could be better., often falls away you have to go to the basement to make contact again. On arrival jacuzzi defective, took a total of 12 days before it was made. (cause poor communication key holder by not indicating when one comes along came what was agreed with the owner because we closed the main gate in the absence of this due to privacy) Key holder was only available after 15:00 in the event of malfunctions or problems related to her work, but despite all the problems that have been neatly solved by Belvilla, we still have a had a pretty nice holiday.
Nice house in a wonderful location. Nice and quiet, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a beautiful area with lots to do. On arrival the bbq was ready including half a bag of coal and the Belgian beers were cold so we immediately made use of it.Paar tips for the owners: there is some overdue maintenance that actually needs to be done (wooden plank driveway, side of the roof above the outdoor fireplace, wooden decking at the jacuzzi, painting). There is almost no 3G/4G/5G reception, but the WiFi only works in the 'basement' (so in the living room or in the garden there is virtually no WiFi reception. Can be solved by installing 1 or 2 WiFi repeaters or a sturdy router ). We couldn't turn on the TV ("no signal" was on the screen… but we didn't miss the TV). The motion sensor for the outside lighting above the garage keeps ticking (broken) so the lighting does not come on when someone is walking. But we still had a great time!

What an incredibly nice house this is, highly recommended! Incredibly clean, spacious, in the middle of peace and fully equipped. The kitchen, for example, really had all the items you could possibly need. Wonderfully clean jacuzzi and even a sauna in the ground floor. We were 6 adults and thanks to this fantastic house we had an unforgettable weekend. Thank you!!
The surroundings and the garden of the house are beautiful. We had a lovely walk in the area and visited nice things. But unfortunately ... the hygiene and general condition of the house were so much worse than our visit 3 years ago; - beds were tightly made, but with dirty, worn-in bedding. The sleep stains (drool / toothpaste on the pillow), dander at the foot, hair and blood stains (on the pillow) were still on the bedding (we have the pictures of this!). The contact person from the cottage was clearly displeased when we called him and asked if the beds had been made and he couldn't do anything for us.. We washed and dried it ourselves on the first evening at 10 pm - The water in the outdoor hot tub already smelled dirty the first night. and chlorine values were not good. There was no chlorine in it according to the test strip and the pH was far too low. The foam that formed when bubbling was green / brown and did not smell fresh. We changed some water ourselves and hoped that we did not - There was a lens from the previous holidaymakers on the bedside table in the downstairs bedroom. There was a broken wine glass with traces of wine next to the bed. Also according to the contact person this could not be the case, because he had cleaned it for sure . - The B esteklade was full of dirty cutlery, with the leftovers still on the knives. There were also hairs and crumbs in the cutlery drawer of the previous holidaymakers. Not tasty. Then we haven't even mentioned the greasy lip prints on the glasses. So, next to the bed change the first night, also put all the crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher. The oven was also very dirty, all kinds of caked food residues were on the rack in the oven. So we did not use this. - The drain of the sink in the bathroom upstairs did not drain, it was completely full of hair and other filth. - The Belvilla site states; incl. bath linen, heating wood and kitchen linen. We got 1 towel
