Description
This welcoming, pleasant farmhouse is located in the sunny hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, amidst woods, vineyards and olive trees. There are three apartments in total, overlooking the large garden.
The furnishings are traditionally Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings.
Each apartment has a private terrace to relax in complete tranquillity. There is a pizza oven and a barbecue for guests to use.
Breakfast or dinner can be provided, on request. The owner of the house is a very good cook, so if you have the opportunity, enjoy a Tuscan dinner in a farmhouse. Fresh products are used.
The swimming pool with panoramic views is behind the apartments, so it is very quiet in the garden, and it includes a solarium with deckchairs, parasols and a shower. Part of the garden has games for children. You can go for walks or bicycle rides in the surrounding area.
The farmhouse grows typical plants and shrubs using organic methods and produces and sells wine, olive oil and vin santo, so, if you wish, you can even buy and take home a small olive tree as a souvenir!

Super place, but the house is really dated, kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced. The cushions outside on the chairs are also dirty. Incidentally, there is also little maintenance on the swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and very helpful, also not unimportant.

Warm welcome by the owner. The cottage was small but nice. Everything you need is available. The pool was large with plenty of loungers. Beautiful surroundings. Suitable for day trips to Cortona or Arezzo.
Arrival was difficult to find because the navigation indicates something else. But when we got there, the daughter of the owner was already waiting for us. For a small tour of the plot and some instructions very well arranged. And a wonderful stay! Many beautiful places visited such as Arezzo and Cortona Assisi was beautiful.
Beautiful cottages in a very nice spacious garden. The pool is neat with nice views.
Perfect holiday home. Friendly welcome from owner who stays further away. Small-scale complex of 3-4 apartments with swimming pool. Provides all facilities.
