The houseboat is idyllically located on the North Sea near Xanten in the middle of a green lake landscape. The North Sea and the South Sea are two interconnected lakes, and around the lakes you will find a wide variety of leisure activities for every taste. The houseboat is located together with other floating houses on its own jetty in front of the small town of Vynen. At the same time, the central location on the Lower Rhine offers very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers you pure relaxation and many leisure activities related to water sports: lido with sandy beach, water ski course, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more.

The Lower Rhine offers you a wide and well-developed network of cycle paths. Cycle on the "RheinRadWeg" with a view of the Rhine and its shipping, use the ferries, some of which are still pristine, to cross from one bank to the other. Beach with well-kept sandy beach, deck chairs, parasols and much more, sailing school, boat rental, surfing station, stand-up paddling, waterski and wakeboard facility with 960 m lift, passenger boat trips on the North and South Seas, fishing and daily permits / lake use, diving: diving wreck and underwater sculpture park

Idyllische locatie aan de Noordzee, Perfect voor watersportliefhebbers
We vonden het huisboot een geweldige keuze voor onze reis, Het was comfortabel en had alle essentiële dingen, De locatie maakte het gemakkelijk om de nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden te verkennen, en we hielden vooral van de lokale eetgelegenheden
This was our first experience on a houseboat, and it did not disappoint! The layout was perfect for our group, and we loved sitting outside in the evenings, The only downside was the tourist tax that added a little to our costs
Our family had a great time at this houseboat! The kids enjoyed the sandy beach nearby, and we took advantage of the boat rentals, The hosts were very accommodating and the house was well-equipped for our needs
The location is simply stunning, surrounded by nature and right on the water, We particularly enjoyed the raft trips and the sailing school nearby, Perfect for a weekend getaway!
This houseboat is such a vibe! Perfect for chill days by the lake, and the water sports? Major fun, The rooms are cozy and low-key aesthetic, WiFi is a plus for posting those sunset pics, Definitely a spot to hit up with friends
