On the ground floor, separated by a few steps: kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm double bed in each, 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds in each, a shower room, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Non-adjoining outdoor space (10/15 meters from the gîte) with garden furniture, relaxation room and barbecue.
One pet accepted (limited to one).
Heating included height of 50 kWh/day.
Animals are allowed with an on-site payment of 5 euros/animal/night.
The price includes: Electricity; including electric heating (up to 50 kWh/day), sheets, bathroom and household linen.
The price does not include: Electricity. beyond of 50 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate), the end-of-stay cleaning service (90€).
