First floor: entrance through the main room (living room/kitchen) with a double sofa bed and television.
Second floor: one bedroom (one double bed), one bedroom (one single bed), shower room, separate WC.
Ground floor: shared area with a fenced, grassy courtyard and, at the rear, a large garden with trees, garden furniture, and a barbecue shared by the four apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
The price includes: utilities and heating.
The price does not include: To be paid on site: bed linen rental upon request (€15/bed), end-of-stay cleaning (€50). A security deposit of €400 will be required upon arrival.
