Nice house with a beautiful garden. Quiet area. Provided with everything. Very neat. The house remains cool, even at 40° outside, but with all shutters closed. Very friendly hostess.

The charming owner was waiting for us upon our arrival. And a bottle of wine on the table really made us welcome. A small tour of the large house made it clear that everything was in perfect order and immaculate. Everything a person needs was also there. The house is very cool, even with high temperatures outside. Attention, closing the shutters on the sunny side in the afternoon is a must. A very large and enclosed garden, important for children, and enough space to park the car. An absolute must for someone who likes peace and quiet. People in the neighborhood who still greet you. Corinne is a blissful person who even made us enjoy her vegetable garden. A top location.
The owner helped us very well when we could not find it. We were also a bit later, but that was no problem. Very friendly welcome! The house looked neat and clean. It's nice that everything is on the ground floor and there is a lovely spacious garden. You can also easily store your car. The beds are a bit on the small side, but there were 3 double beds for a family of 4 so that could be resolved. The owner responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. You walk into the village where you have a bakery, small supermarket and a number of restaurants. All in all a great holiday !!
Arrival was well arranged, after a telephone appointment. The accommodation is in a very quiet area, just above the village of Villefranche-du-Perigord. Nice view from the terrace. The garden is huge and delimited with fencing. The village itself has two supermarkets, three restaurants and a café. Furthermore, two bakers, one of which is open on Sundays. There is also a first aid station in the village. All restaurants are closed on Christmas and New Year's Eve, take this into account. The house is large and has three beautiful bedrooms. The shower and the toilet are clean, like the entire house. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. The house is electrically heated. Wood (for the open / closed fireplace) is available for a fee. The TV only had French channels. After consultation with the owner, work is underway to also install Hotbird and Astra. All in all a super choice! Pets are not allowed.
