Small but nice - enjoy a holiday in the upper Schwarzatal, one of the most beautiful river valleys in the Thuringian Forest, and live in this modern, cosy and fully-urnished apartment. A quiet terrace with garden furniture and barbecue are also at your disposal. Goldisthal lies at an altitude of 500 to 865 m above sea level on the famous Rennsteig. This spot as well as the region as a whole offer ideal conditions for embarking on hikes in the Thuringian Forest. Popular excursion destinations: the health resort of Masserberg with its bathhouse, either 3.5km on foot or 10 minutes by car. The Wurzelbergfarmde nature reserve or the biggest, most modern pumped storage power plant in Europe is a great place to wander around or visit the cavern. Oberhof with its sports facilities or the world-famous cultural cities of Erfurt and Weimar. It's also not far to the Franconian region in Bavaria. Visit Kronach, Coburg or Kulmbach.

Nice little apartment in great surroundings
The accommodation fully met expectations. Good to find and in a nice area. The owner received us warmly and informed us well about the apartment.
We were received very friendly. Incredibly beautiful area for walking and a clean house.
We were very kindly received by the owner. The cottage was spotless and fully equipped. A lovely bed and it was nice to wade away at the sound of the stream that runs right behind the house. For us, quite tall people, the house was a bit on the small side but it did not disturb us at all. Also because the weather was beautiful and we were on the road all day. Sit on the terrace from where we saw two foxes walking from the forest. All in all very satisfied!
Nice knives, kindly received
We were very friendly by the landlord, Mr. Brückner, received. The apartment was as offered very comfortable, clean and well equipped, we felt very comfortable with our 5 year old granddaughter. Very nice is also the small separate terrace directly at Haus.Der place Goldisthal is sunny and pretty with two restaurants and a large playground only about 250 meters from the apartment and a house of nature especially for children.
