Description
Discover this pretty villa with private pool just outside the pretty town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in Drôme Provençale. Built into the side of a rock, the villa has several levels to make the most of the view. From the upper level and the terrace, you can enjoy a superb panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding area. This makes it the perfect villa for families who want to spend their holidays together in peace and quiet, while still retaining their privacy. All bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite shower rooms.
Ideally situated between the Drôme and Ardèche regions, the house is a perfect base for exploring both areas, which are dotted with famous little towns and typical Provençal villages. Just half an hour's drive takes you to famous Provencal villages such as Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres and Nyons. On the other side, you'll discover the magnificent Ardèche with its famous Gorges (45 km) and the Gard with its villages like Montclus and Aiguèze (25 km). Something for young and old alike!
The villa has two entrances, one on the upper floor accessible via a sloping path, and the other on the lower floor. The living room leads onto a covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rolling Drôme Provençale landscape and the beautiful pool below. A second covered terrace with sun loungers is perfect for relaxing.
The lower part of the house includes a studio for the more independent, with its own access but also communicating with the house. Here you'll find a small living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
NB: Each floor of the house can be reached via a few steps. Due to its multi-storey layout, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Friendly reception. Punct.Located against the mountain, very steep road! Less suitable for families with toddlers or preschoolers because of height differences (p.e. terrace at height, steep stairs to the pool)
It is a lovely house, very quietly situated, on a dead end road, the last part of which is very steep. The house has a very special layout, with sufficient privacy options. The swimming pool of sufficient size is very sheltered, with sufficient shade options through the vegetation.
La terrasse était notre endroit préféré, parfaite pour un café du matin avec vue ! La villa était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin, rendant notre séjour très confortable, Je recommanderais à quiconque cherchant une escapade tranquille,
De villa was ruim en goed uitgerust, waardoor onze groep gemakkelijk van onze tijd samen kon genieten. De gedeelde keuken was een geweldige voorziening en het buitenterras was geweldig voor avondbarbecues.
Over het algemeen een geweldige ervaring. Het appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust met een geweldige keuken om onze maaltijden te bereiden. De grillfaciliteiten waren een pluspunt voor onze familiediners in de buitenlucht.
De locatie is fantastisch - de perfecte balance tussen afzondering en toegankelijkheid til nabijgelegen attracties, We genoten van dagtochten naar zowel Drôme als Ardèche, en udforskede charmerende landsbyer, Villaen selv var schoon, gezellig, en had alles wat we nodig hadden, Zou zeker terugkomen!
