Petite Villa St Paul
Villa with private pool and panoramic view
Description
This is a splendid villa with a private swimming pool right next to the picturesque Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. Built on a rocky hillside, the villa consists of several floors. From the upper level and the terrace, you enjoy a view of the Mont Ventoux and the surroundings.
Ideally situated between the Drôme and the Ardèche, the house is a perfect starting point for exploring both regions dotted with famous little towns and typical Provencal villages. Only half an hour's drive takes you to some of the most famous villages of Provence Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres or Nyons.
The bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning. Board games and a few free games for children are at your disposal. The parking facility is also available for 3-4 cars. There are three garden lounges where you can enjoy your meals.
After your stay, you can throw the waste in the garbage cans down the street.
Due to its layout over several floors, this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

On arrival, the house was beautifully clean and nice and cool. The location of the house is on a hill and you have to give it some gas. To enter the house you have to take a staircase (2x from where the car is). The car itself can be parked nicely on site. The view from the terrace is very nice, with the Mont Ventoux in the far distance. The house itself is fully equipped with a bathroom with toilet in each bedroom. All rooms also have air conditioning, which was not an unnecessary luxury during the period we were there (temperatures above 35 degrees for 2 weeks). The pool was very nice and pleasant. This is in full sun until 1 am in the morning, then in the shade through vegetation and then to come back in the sun at the end of the day. All doable. I will not travel to the same destination twice. , but would consider it here given the house and the location.A highly recommended.!!
House is cool by using air conditioning. (in all rooms 1) We can barely sit outside without being completely punctured by mosquitoes. Mosquito spray and the like don't help unfortunately. Swimming pool okay, 1 parasol, a bit little, but also leaked there by mosquitoes. Parking on site by means of a very steep slope and tight bend; 2nd time went a bit better. Car is not covered; there is a garage, but unfortunately not for the use of tenants. DVD player despite Belvilla "s claim is not present in the house. France is nice for us to sit outside with a glass of wine, unfortunately we will do that at home. Reception was friendly, in French, occasionally a single English word, with extensive tour of the huis.View from the house is beautiful, town is on foot (via a steep slope) about 1.5 km in about half an hour to doen.Markt is large in the village.
Very practical accommodation! The kitchen was handy for cooking, and the TV kept everyone entertained during the evenings, The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs,
