Just 900 meters from your apartment, you’ll find Austria’s warmest swimming lake, Klopeiner See, known for its drinking water quality and unique mountain setting. The lake, 1.8 km long and 800 m wide, is ideal for swimming and outdoor activities.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for an active holiday, including long walks, cycling along the Drau River, or mountain biking. WiFi is available in the apartment.
At Klopeiner See, you can relax on the beaches or enjoy various water sports. The lake’s drinking water quality makes it perfect for swimmers, and its spring water clarity attracts divers, with visibility up to 15 meters. Sports fishermen can also enjoy the lake (with a fishing license), and your host, an avid fisherman, can offer expert advice. The newly designed lakeside promenade is great for hiking, and festivals add to the entertainment.

Wat een heerlijke verblijf hadden we in het Flat in St, Kanzian! De locatie is gewoonweg prachtig, omringd door de natuur en op slechts een korte loopafstand van het Klopeiner See, We genoten van onze ochtenden op het balkon met uitzicht op de bergen terwijl we koffie dronken, Het appartement zelf was ruim en goed uitgerust, waardoor het aanvoelde als een tweede thuis, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en gaven ons aanbevelingen voor lokale wandelingen en eetgelegenheden, Een perfecte ontsnapping voor gezinnen of iedereen die wil ontspannen!
De locatie van deze plek is fantastisch! Slechts een korte wandeling naar het meer, en we genoten van het verkennen van de omliggende natuur, Het appartement zelf was charmant en had alles wat we nodig hadden, Het voelde als een tweede huis, en we zouden zeker overwegen om terug te komen
Genoten van het ontbijt op het balkon terwijl we van de ochtendzon genoten, De goed onderhouden tuin was een leuke aanvulling om 's avonds te ontspannen
What a hidden gem! We spent a week here, and it was perfect, The flat was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked, We took advantage of the nearby cycling paths and enjoyed some great family hikes, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat
Klopeiner See is literally a 10-min walk and the water is so clear, Swam like a mermaid, no cap, The hosts are super nice and really make you feel at home, Perfect spot for an active getaway
