This beautiful holiday home is located in Zuidzande. Ideal for families or groups, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This has a paid sauna for you to unwind after an exhausting day and a central heating.
The sea lies 5 km from the stay making it a perfect spot for the nature lovers. The nearest grocery store and restaurants are 500 m from the home. Take a dip into the swimming pool, just 4 km away.
You have the access to the terrace or furnished garden where you can enjoy a lovely meal with your family. Fireplace and central heating are installed for the comfortable stay. A high chair is offered and a cot can be rented to the little travelers.
Public transport lies 500 m away.
Guests can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.
Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.

Very nice house with lots of privacy, close to the beach, peace and space
Wonderful, the space, the peace and yet close to many fun activities and trips. Clean house, cool, large, fully equipped and plenty to do outside for the children. Within ten minutes on the beach. This is our second time and we can highly recommend this. Owner is very friendly and thoughtful. Top location for a holiday or weekend away with family or two families.
The house was in a wonderful, quiet place with a large garden around it. You were not bothered by the neighbors and we had the sun all afternoon. The sauna was also wonderful and is for a fee. The welcome was not very warm. The costs of damage, the costs for electricity and water and the cleaning costs were immediately mentioned. So there are still a lot of costs involved. The house is fully equipped and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. We also had a BBQ at our disposal. Please note, you have to bring everything with you from home, think of: toilet paper, salt / pepper, oil, etc. there really is nothing of it.
The house is great, we had a wonderful weekend. the location is superb. quiet, you only hear a bird, or you see a hare or phasant walking. However, the house needs a simple but good makeover. TV gives stripes, the jet stream bath does not work at all, when you are in the shower, the water also goes up instead of down, and it stinks musty, but I think that is due to the bath. In the sauna the light is broken, and in the living room some lamps do not work (are very nice) but. with a dimmer it would be top.the reception was very friendly, you feel right at home. And with a large box of wood we had a wonderful time by the cozy fireplace.
We were received super well, very lovely people who were very helpful. The cottage is super. Large and cozy and very quiet.
the weekend was fantastic because all points were good. (with sunny weather) We only have positive experience with the house, the environment and the proximity to the sea.
