Description
This 4-bedroom farmhouse rests in Zuidzande, surrounded by greenery, peace and freshness. There is a private furnished terrace to enjoy barbecuing over charcoal in the evenings. The farmhouse makes a great stay for a large family of 10 persons.
At 0.5 km from the farmhouse, you will find restaurants for eating out and supermarkets for daily needs. Nightlife pubs and a public swimming pool are at 4 km. You can head to the lively town centre at 5 km in the evenings and enjoy wandering like a local. If you fancy a day by the sea waters, you can drive 5 km and make it come true.
The double storeyed farmhouse has central heating for comfort during winter. There is a lovely furnished garden to relax with a cool refreshing drink or lie down reading a book. You have an outdoor kitchen to enjoy long dinners under the star kit sky. Children have ample space to play outdoors, a high chair and a special children's bedroom.
Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.

Sober house, well maintained in a quiet place, kilometers from Zuidzande. Living room small compared to the well equipped and much larger kitchen diner, looked more like a TV room but with ample seating and large TV. Wi-Fi OK. Bedrooms and bathroom large and tidy. Staying experience was "good" for us, with a larger living room it would have been fantastic. Recommended for people who seek peace in a rural environment. Nearby group accommodation was not occupied in our midweek, so we don't know if this would have bothered us.
A nice house close to the sea and a nice village!
Perfect location, wonderful tranquility and multiple areas for different activities
The cottage is pleasant, bright and spacious, with a beautiful garden. But it is shabby, dirty paintings, and especially the kitchen equipment is catastrophic! Everything is old and very worn out, not enough plates (7 when we could be 10 people!), Essential tools are missing, the stoves are in an impossible state, etc ... In addition, the water from the sink did not drain, a plumber had to intervene ... Finally, a carton of juice is found under a sofa, a lighter in an armchair, crumbs in a sofa ...
There is another house literally on your doorstep
Nice holiday home, ideal for cycling, 5 km from the beach. Despite the bad weather enjoyed the house. Some negatives namely the outside kitchen was certainly not neat by the many bird droppings and asked the owner to clean it. Had not happened at the end of the midweek. There was not enough kitchen utensils present and we still had to pay the final cleaning (95 €) on site, although that is clearly stated on the website as included in the price. No toilet paper present.
