The countryside villa is in the Zuidzande region of Zealand in the Netherlands. It can accommodate up to 14 guests and has 6 lovely bedrooms. It is suitable for a large family or group of friends that want to holiday together.The coasts are within driving distance and the Dutch Flanders region offers many more opportunities for entertainment.The villa has a private garden and terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue. There is a fireplace, bicycle storage and parking.Restaurants are only 500 M away, town center and general supplies are 3.5 KM away. The nearest airport is Brussels Airport and is at a distance of 120 KM.There are mandatory costs for bed linen, electricity, gas and tourist tax; with a deposit of 500 in cash on arrival.
Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.

I recommend to every villa polder garden. The photos are not a lie and even more than we expected. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Before arriving at the villa we had sent a few questions by email, the same day we received the answers to our questions.In addition, the villa is very modern with spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with a toilet, we also enjoyed the large open kitchen and the bbq sets that were present. The kitchen has 2 fridges and a freezer which was very nice. We were also allowed to enjoy the "cinema room", the pool table and the great stereo sound where via bluetooth music could be played. What is also very nice about the location of villa polderduin is that there is meadow and nature around the villa. which is very calming and the beach is close by. The villa is also about 5 minutes away from an Albert Heijn, Aldi, Gall & Gall, gas station and a butcher. We had a great weekend and were able to tidy up and pack very quietly on the day of departure because we were only around 6 am were allowed to check out. We thank the landlords and we certainly want to visit villa polderduin again in the future.
WOW! What a very cool house, the house has everything you need. Large luxury rooms, bathrooms, sound system, fireplace, long tables, 2 dishwashers and so on. It is really beautiful and nothing is missing. You will also be warmly welcomed and we were given an extensive tour and also when we thought that the oven was not working (wrong thought oops) they were on the sidewalk on Friday evening to help us. Really recommended to everyone and would love to come back here!
What a wonderfully spacious modern house. We had a nice stay.Too bad that the wifi is bad. There were a few small things that need to be maintained (door handle loose, toilet holder crooked etc)
The house is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, spacious, luxurious and clean.
The landlord gave us all the necessary information on arrival. The house is very nice. The environment is quiet, you can relax well. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea.
Luxurious, stylishly renovated house, quiet location, cozy with every comfort. The trampoline and TV room and pool table were enjoyed by everyone! Base for trips to Cadzand, Veere, Vlissingen .... What could be better? Thinner down blankets and pillows. Rest Top!
