A day before departure sms had contact with the landlord. We agreed about what time we would arrive and that we would call half an advance. When we arrived she came to meet us and brought us to the apartment. Everything looked neat. In the living room is a spacious fridge and a small kitchen unit where you can cook (with difficulty) with two pans. We have not really used the sofa bed, but it looked great. The bedroom is spacious and the double bed is great. Very useful are the shutters in front of the window that keep it nice and dark and fairly cool in the house. The first week it was very hot and a fan had been handy. In the end we purchased it ourselves. Furthermore, everything is present. For a sandwich or groceries you have a short 10 minutes by car. We knew that and that was no problem. The area is very beautiful. Volterra and San Gimignano are close by and very nice. Pisa and Florence are a little further and about an hour's drive away. We had a wonderful holiday.

The apartment will meet the requirements, but the location .... there is much too complex to do.The extinct, only on weekends there were a few Italians. The restaurant was closed and wellness so well.The was therefore
A great base to visit Tuscany cities, or to relax in and by the pool. Well, everything is far from each other according to our notions, for Italians is that earlier standard. For bread, fruit or vegetables you drive soon 8 km. A shop is really close to a loss.
Nice vacation in the middle of Umbria near Assisi
Nice apartment! Good beds, shower slightly on the small side and you miss some space in the kitchen. Furthermore enough things there to cook. The sunbeds by the pool are great! We were almost the whole week as the only tenant in the apartment. So we had all the space and tranquility.
