The stay was overall pleasing barring the fact that the neighboring apartment was undergoing renovations which was not a pleasant experience to wake up to in the morning,,,
The apartment's top features are its location and spaciousness, With two nearby metro stations, an array of pleasant restaurants, and a nice area for walks, it's perfectly situated, The space is quite large by Parisian standards, giving us ample room to settle in comfortably for our stay, It also includes a kitchen and laundry machine, However, the bed left much to be desired due to the thin mattress, and there was a noticeable odor from the bathroom, which was manageable if the door was kept shut while we were away,
Astonishing neighborhood with excellent cuisine nearby, It's very hospitable and secure for solo voyagers, although there's some ongoing construction, which seems to be a common experience across Europe, haha,
Communication was excellent, location was convenient and easy to locate and access,
Our stay was genuinely enjoyable! The apartment's location in the 2nd arr, was perfect, It was in close proximity to metro stations, shopping centers, and a large Monoprix just nearby, The place was tidy and well-stocked with all the necessities for our stay,
During our 5-day visit to Paris, we particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the place (a rarity in Paris), the comforting warmth (since it was cold outside), the brightness, the nice selection of coffee and cleaning/toiletry items, and the close proximity (3-5 minutes) to the metro station and small grocery stores, The Wi-Fi and TV were good, One thing to note is that the building is old and the refurbishment is a bit more aged than it appears in the photos, hence the toilet had some odors from the pipes (and some water stains on the ceiling) and the couch was not very comfortable, At night, it might feel somewhat unsafe if you're a woman alone because it's a dimly lit narrow street with few people, Nonetheless, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend it for its roominess and highly convenient location,
