Sumptuous apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned, (work completed June 2024) in a beautiful Parisian building, extremely well located halfway between the Marais, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires.
Elegant, spacious, bright, fully equipped, quality furniture, decorated by renowned professionals, my accommodation combines luxury and modernity and is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.

Our stay was great with 5 people, The common area was separated from the 3 bedrooms which was nice, Also, there were 3 bathrooms and toilets along with a washer/dryer and all the kitchenware one could need, It is important to read the instructions provided to access the building,
The apartment is stunning and situated in an excellent location close to numerous restaurants, It is extremely comfortable, and we were able to unwind after busy days in Paris, The beds were also very comfortable, However, we found the apartment to be quite noisy, It is located on a very busy street, and you can hear people talking outside the apartment window, The bedroom closest to the street was so loud that we ended up sleeping in the same room as our toddler just to avoid the noise, You can hear the metro most of the evening since it is situated below the apartment, We also had really loud neighbours upstairs, which was unfortunate,
We spent 5 days in the apartment, and everything is exactly as shown in the photos, the apartment is very new, the air conditioning is very good and quiet, the windows have sound insulation, the bathrooms are new and with private toilets (3), the showers are good and hot water in all faucets, The beds are great, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, It has a mini market right in front, which makes things much easier, We will definitely come back,
The apartment was ample enough for all 6 of us girls, The cleanliness and appearance were both very pleasing,
My friends and I went on a trip with five people, The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, The location was very convenient for visiting all the main attractions,
The actual location was even better than the photos! The place looked brand new and was very comfortable for the five of us who stayed here, There was also plenty of space, The host was very responsive, I would definitely recommend this place to others, It was also very close to the metro, shops, cafés, etc,
