This fantastic villa is situated in Kaag. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private roofed terrace for you to rejuvenate and relax. It also has a jetty for you to explore the waters.
The lake lies 10 m from villa. The restaurant is 200 m from the home whereas the local grocery store is 200 m from the stay. The sea is 10 km from stay if you would like to enjoy a day by the beach side. Amsterdam and Leiden are also nearby to explore.
A balcony is provided for you to have some outdoor times with loved ones. Table tennis table is also provided for recreational purposes. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the property for an additional cost of 50/stay. Parking is provided in the villa. Childrens bed and high chair are offered for the kids.
The nearest airport is 15 km away from the villa.
You can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

Beautiful, spacious and luxurious house, on the water, with jetty for the boat. Located on the island of Kaag, accessible by a ferry that goes back and forth continuously (route planner indicates 30 minutes, but it only takes 1 minute). There is not much to do on the island itself, but there are plenty of distractions on the water and in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed the house and also the adjacent and recommended top restaurant Tante Kee, located in a unique place, with delicious food, good service, beautiful interior and a good wine list.
The house turned out to be especially for disabled people. Doors that open automatically until the contactless pull through of the toilets. Stairlift available, which is very useful if people can no longer climb the stairs independently. The downstairs bedroom had a generous box spring bed, unfortunately it was too high for my father and he could not sleep downstairs. Fortunately there was a stair lift and he could lie on the other box spring. There was one small drawback in the other bedroom upstairs, there were some dated pine single beds, not comfortable at all and very creaky and noisy. There could so we do not sleep on it, so we had to sleep on the folding bed.

Just like last year enjoyed staying in this house. On a unique local with boat dock. We have booked again for next year
The house was very clean and fully equipped. This house is highly recommended for the disabled; the house is equipped with electric doors, a stair lift and on the ground floor a bedroom with electrically adjustable beds. In addition, the house is very grand with wide passages. The view from the terrace over the Kagerplassen is also great. You can enjoy the sun and all the boats passing by here all day long. The environment is really beautiful!
