Both are located on the first floor and are furnished with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a shower, whirlpool tub, double sink, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace and the spacious southwest-facing garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, including a lounge set. For children, there is a shared playground with various play equipment near the villa. Two private parking spaces are available.
