The holiday apartment is located in the charming Feistritz ob Bleiburg, a picturesque village in the sunny south of Carinthia, close to the Slovenian border. With its mild climate and plenty of sunshine, you can enjoy stunning views of hills, mountains, forests, and green valleys all year round.

In winter, the Petzen Bergbahnen ski area with approximately 17 km of slopes is virtually on your doorstep (about 300 meters from the apartment). Other ski areas like Klippitztörl and Koralpe, perfect for families and beginners, can be easily reached within 25 to 30 minutes by car. The region also offers beautiful, well-maintained cross-country skiing trails. The area is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking active relaxation. An extensive network of hiking and biking trails provides options for both leisurely walks and sporty panoramic routes.

For sun, swimming, and water sports, lake Klopeiner See is less than a 25-minute drive away. This lake is known as the warmest swimming lake in Europe and has a lovely promenade. Additionally, the tranquil lakes Turnersee, Pirkdorfer See, Sonnegger See, and the famous Wörthersee are also easily accessible. Around lake Wörthersee, charming towns such as Velden, Pörtschach, and Maria Wörth/Reifnitz offer inviting terraces and a vibrant atmosphere.
