La Grotta di Montecchino farmhouse is located in the heart of Tuscany, an ideal location for day trips to the region's most interesting architectural and scenic spots. A variety of recreational activities are also available nearby, including horseback riding (about 2 km) and tennis (about 300 m). A bus to the city center runs every 30 minutes. Guests with diverse interests can easily reach famous art cities such as Florence (55 km), San Gimignano (45 km), Volterra (70 km), Perugia-Assisi (110 km), Monte Amiata (80 km), or the magnificent Tyrrhenian coast.

The center of Siena is just 5-6 km away, while the nearest town is just 2-3 km away.
Our apartments are located in renovated farmhouses that have preserved the characteristic style of bygone eras while offering all modern comforts.

The Girasole apartment is located on the raised ground floor (approximately 10 steps). It includes a garden area with table and chairs. The apartment has a living/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (best for two children, as it is not very large), and a bathroom.
