This stunning and widespread Holiday Home in Thédirac has picturesque views of the surrounding, and provides 5 cosy bedrooms to fit atmost 10 people inside, perfect for large families with children. This holiday home with a view over the woods and fields is located 150 meters from Thédirac. In the well-kept garden at the front is a terrace with furniture and a parasol. Take a dip in your own private swimming pool with shower, or relax on one of the sun loungers in the warm sun.
Thédirac is located in the wooded area between Cahors (20 km) and medieval Gourdon (25 km). In Gourdon there are houses and a church from the 13th - 16th century. The larger Cahors is known for its Gothic fortress bridge over the Lot (Pont Valentré) and of course for its wine. Visit the wine castles where you can of course taste (and buy!). Also visit the Grottes du Pech Merle (44 km), the beautiful St. Cirq-Lapopie (50 km) and Château de Cénevières (60 km). At Catus (7 km) there is a swimming lake with rental of canoes and pedal boats.
At the rear of the house is a second terrace with an outdoor kitchen and two barbecues (stone and gas). The children will not be bored with the swing, slide and table tennis table! Indoors, the interior is open, light and very well maintained, with a large void as a special feature.

Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings in short, top stay ..
Super villa beautifully situated very quiet Everything present, but very warm period lacked air conditioning in the room for the kids living room and kitchen cool enough Outdoor kitchen a must Well, the cleanliness in French could be a bit better but bedding ok Enjoyed it very much!!!!!!
We had a great stay in this house over Christmas. Very nice house, well equipped and clean. The central fireplace is a real treat this season. Very friendly welcome from the owners. We highly recommend this rental.
You will find plenty of peace and space here…. We enjoyed this beautiful holiday home in a very quiet small village, with a lovely pool in the beautiful garden. It is also nice to sit on the various terraces, with beautiful views on all sides. The house is fully equipped, there is everything on and on and is well maintained. Add to that a warm welcome with delicious homemade nut cake from the hospitable owners and your holiday is complete. The owners are incredibly friendly. If there is anything, they are always available. We definitely felt very welcome, definitely worth repeating!
Spacious house in a quiet area with beautiful views. Everything is present and different seating areas inside and outside. We had some bad luck with the weather, so the pool was a bit chilly. Bakery at 300 meters, other facilities 15 minutes drive.
La Pouzaque is a beautiful, quietly located villa with a very nice view of the valley. The villa is well equipped. However, the reception was not as warm as described in the previous reviews. The owner was in a hurry and gave very little explanation about the house and nothing about the area. There is also no information available in the house about possible excursions. What disturbed me the most was that the house had only been cleaned very superficially, everywhere there was still dust, cobwebs, hair in the shower, dead insects, a dirty high chair. My husband is asthmatic and has suffered a lot during the stay. In summary, a very good home for people who are not super critical in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.
