Description
Once a dilapidated barn, now a splendid detached holiday home. You have around the house a large lawn with a swing. The garden is slightly sloping to the rear. There is also a terrace and its magnificent view of the surroundings. This very soothing view will fill you with calm.
This holiday home is located on the edge of the very quiet village of Lavercantiere, right in the middle of the triangle Gourdon (18 km), Cazals (9 km) and Catus (10 km). These three towns have pleasant swimming lakes with beaches. A nice drive takes you to Les Arques (11 km), where the Zadkine museum is located. A grocery store, restaurant and public swimming pool are within walking distance from Lavercantiere. Prefer to take the bike? You have 8 available (5 for adults and 3 for children).
In Cahors (25 km), you can cross the Lot via the reinforced medieval bridge, or simply stroll through the old centre. You should also visit the old town of Gourdon, to experience the particularly French atmosphere there.

Magnificent house in an old barn perfectly fitted out and comfortable with a beautiful view over the hills. The space is suitable for a large family. The rental is ideally located for visiting this region full of charm.
kindly received. Lovely spacious house with all the trimmings. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken. Only in the living room does 1 still do it. According to the owner, this has been the case for a while, but because it is a costly repair, he leaves it that way for a while. Environment great, very quiet. Owner was already waiting for us when we arrived. Very nice view from the terrace. House was also in order and everything on and on.
