Ideal for a group, this is a gorgeous mansion in Swolgen. It has 6 bedrooms for you to stay and has a private terrace overlooking the pond for you to relax and enjoy to the fullest. It can host up to 17 guests with great ease.
The forest lies 100 m from the mansion. The nearest restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. The mansion is only 6 km from the lake.
A furnished garden is in place for you to soak up all the winter sun while sipping a cup of coffee. You are also offered play equipment, high chair and childrens beds, if you are travelling with your kids. You can plan a friendly match with your loved ones as a table tennis table and table football are also available on the premises. 3 pets are allowed on the property for a reasonable charge.
This house is not rented to youth groups. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties in this house is prohibited. Amplified music (such as a DJ or band) is not allowed. Quiet area: amplified music is not allowed and it must be quiet outside after 11:00 PM.

we spent a week with our family at the Gunhof. What a fantastic spot! The house is wonderfully quiet and the garden is large. we poured in the nature around us and it through the beautiful high windows. Highly recommended this house for a larger group.

We had a super nice weekend in group accommodation "de Gunhof" in Swolgen. A wonderfully large attractive and spacious house, especially with children and dogs. Beautiful area for walking and cycling, after a good night's sleep in a lovely bed.
Beautiful building, spacious layout, nice interior and beautiful surroundings
What a nice stay! We were warmly welcomed by Dorothé upon arrival. The house is fully equipped. The high ceilings make the rooms look extra spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The birds are singing more beautiful songs than ours in the Randstad. And ... even we thirties managed to enjoy ourselves in the play shed;) The communication went very smoothly. Thanks on behalf of our group of 11!
