The location in a wooded, rural area in the Limburg countryside, close to the German border, is perfect for taking beautiful walks and cycling trips. The nearby town of Arcen with its castle gardens, spa and Hertog Jan beer brewery is worth an excursion.
This beautiful holiday home consists of 2 group accommodations, so the property has several kitchens and recreation rooms. There is a large dining room where you can eat with the entire group, a spacious, open living and dining area and even a library. For relaxation, a wellness area with sauna is available. There is a recreation room with a table football table and a large TV screen with possibilities to connect your laptop. The table tennis table can be found (stored away) in the barn.

Super stay in a super clean house in a beautiful area. With entertainment for young and old! We only have great memories of it!
We celebrated our wedding on site and it was PERFECT. The owner Dorothe was very, very nice. We were allowed to visit the house 2 times in advance, she always helped us and answered all questions. The caretaker on site was also very welcome and helped us with electricity and water for the catering. The accommodation was very clean!
The accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious and there was sufficient porcelain, etc. available. The environment was similar to park and quiet, that corresponded to our wishes. In the double room there were only double beds, which were not converted into single beds, that was not apparent from the description at the time of booking. Unfortunately missing in the rooms closets, also the storage possibilities for clearing the clothes were not sufficiently available, so that the clothes had to stay in the suitcase. For our needs would have been missing in the bathrooms at the toilet stand-up aids (handles) or 1-2 more disabled toilets.

Luxury accommodation, good kitchen, really good beds and sanitary facilities, beautiful in the valley, beautiful walking and cycling.
Upon arrival very personal welcome. The accommodation radiates homeliness and is at the same time a luxury that most of us do not have at home. The surroundings are rural and so quiet at the edge of a beautiful nature reserve.
