This charming apartment is located 2 km outside the lively center of Malmédy. The house has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is adjacent to the owner's home.
Malmédy, with some excellent restaurants, cafes and nice shops, is located 9 km northeast of Stavelot. A visit to the beautiful Stavelot Abbey should not be missed. Walk through the beautiful High Fens nature reserve and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The lake area of Robertville and Bütgenbach is also definitely worth a visit. Here you can canoeing, sailing, fishing, diving and swimming.
The apartment has its own entrance. The house is fully equipped, including a bathroom with bubble bath and a separate sauna. Because of its location on a hill, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley from the apartment. There is a large terrace (36 m²) and a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and play equipment.
Note: Pets are not allowed on the armchairs, violation is subject to a penalty of 50 € which will be deducted from the deposit.

Nice house with beautiful views and beautiful surroundings
Luxury apartment in a beautiful location within walking distance of Malmedy. Sunny garden, definitely worth repeating. Point of improvement? A sharp bread knife
A beautiful location with a wonderful view over the city. Enjoy a long walk and then enjoy the sauna. Highly recommended for a few days away
Wonderful apartment! What a view. Everything super neat and clean. The only thing holding me back with books were the strange green plastic benches in the photos. These have been replaced by a relaxed gray corner sofa. We sat by the fire and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Recommended!
Very complete house with all comforts and luxury, with a fantastic view all around, as if you are in a postcard
Nice apartment and pleasantly equipped kitchen, beautiful view of the city at nightfall. Sunny terrace with privacy. Possibility to walk to the center on foot. Good bus connections from TEC station. All supermarkets available. Friendly home owners.
