This cottage has a pleasant terrace, is surrounded by small streams and welcomes you for a pleasant stay in the Ardennes forest. Ideal for relaxing holidays with friends, family or your partner.
The most beautiful hiking routes start right in front of the door and there are plenty of attractions in the immediate vicinity. Pay a visit to the smallest city in the Ardennes (Durbuy) or have a look at Le Musée de la Chocolaterie Defroidmont. The Château Féodal de La Roche-en-Ardenne is worth a visit and the ski resort of the Ardennes is not far away either.
Made of wood and stone, the house breathes an authentic atmosphere. In winter, a beautiful fireplace will keep you warm after a walk in the countryside. The kitchen is well equipped and on the terrace you can enjoy a barbecue in the sun.
You will be warmly welcomed by the owner, whose house is on the same property.
Please note that a laptop computer can be provided by the owner upon request.

Nice place right on the forest with beautiful hiking trails. It is fine for 2 people. I wouldn't do much more. The stairs to the top are a bit treacherous and the bed was a bit on the tight side for someone of 1.90 mtr, but of good quality. All amenities were there and even some kids on site. Definitely a place to recommend if you are not very spoiled for luxury.

Great house for winter and late autumn. It seems less pleasant for the summer period because you have little privacy outside. Owner lives right next to the holiday home.
A nice and cute house where you can spend the night with 4 people. Everything is just old and and sometimes in a bad state of repair. Now that is usually not so bad, but unfortunately it is actually not really clean. We only washed cutlery and plates before use, and there are stains in the sofa and even the curtains. The dining table and chairs simply need to be replaced and are actually not satisfactory. Furthermore, the location is great, you can park well and there is plenty of beautiful nature in the area for walking. It is also nice that the house can be warmed up quickly. Not unimportant in the fall and winter. I myself will not book this house again if it does not get the attention of the owner that it needs.
Quite pleasant, but due to the bad weather we left early: no disaster tourism for us!
