Very suitable for couples, people with small kids and individuals who want to retreat for e.g. reflection or writing a book. For gourmets, bird watchers, nature and culture lovers, walkers and cyclists.
Facilities like restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife pubs can be found 3 km away, in the village of Thenon. If you wish to get active, there is a tennis court at 9 km in Azerat. You can visit the impressive caves in Tourtoirac and Lascaux, beautiful castles like Hautefort, and the Vezere river where you can go canoeing.
There is a car park on the domain that offers space for many cars if parking is efficient. Good 4G internet connection, suitable for home office. Organising loud parties is prohibited.

It is nice to stay so far in this house of Tineke!! Both in the garden and in the house is everything we need. Small remark: there is also a user manual for the microwave. But we still have 1 1/2 weeks to go, so we continue to enjoy it!!
It is a nice little cozy house for two adults. Most of it is available in terms of furnishings, but a bit dated. All conceivable devices are also present. The hostess is very nice and happy to help if you need anything. As for the towels, you should bring some towels yourself. We enjoyed our stay because it is also a beautiful place in nature.
Nice cottage in a beautiful and quiet spot in the Dordogne. The cottage is fully equipped, includes a brand new oven and stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Here and there the house and the furnishings are somewhat dated and not equally clean everywhere. Because we unfortunately did not have very good weather, we were not able to make much use of the great garden around the house, but we were inside a lot. Tineke is friendly and respects the guests. All in all we had a great holiday!
Very nice renovated and well equipped house with secure swimming pool without a secluded and quiet location
Immediately after arrival my wife, daughter and I fell in love with the location and the accommodation. The cottage is very attractively furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen is modern, clean and fully equipped. There is really enough cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware available. The bathroom is modern, clean and spacious and even a washing machine is not missing. The downstairs bedroom is wonderfully cool and the beds are wonderful. The atmosphere in the cottage is just very cozy and cozy. Ideal for relaxing. The garden around the house is huge and offers every opportunity to find a place in the sun or shade. The pool is great for cooling off or floating around on a bed and sunbathing. The view is truly breathtaking. The pictures speak for themselves. The location is beautiful and from Thenon a huge number of sights can be visited within an hour's drive. Finally, the owner and the cleaning ladies really do everything to ensure you an unforgettable holiday. We look back on two wonderful weeks of holiday and with pain in our hearts we went home again.
What a wonderful place to completely unwind. You lacked nothing in the house, everything is there, it fully met the photos on the site, a beautiful place ... we will definitely go back again.
