Cosy, warmly decorated house. Small but pleasant pool. Terrace with stone barbecue and beautiful view. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, very complete cutlery and crockery. The village of Thenon has a supermarket for daily shopping, opposite is a fine bakery and behind the bakery an epicerie with specialties. Good service: a few things needed to be replaced (such as the umbrella), this was arranged within 24 hours. A few negatives: - the bed in the downstairs bedroom is only 190 cm long, not 200 cm as stated on the site.- the barbecue of the neighbors in the back causes a lot of smoke nuisance when there is no wind. The last evening we could not sit outside anymore.
Beautiful location, very beautiful and authentic house. Everything in perfect order and a hospitable reception
Before you arrive at the house you drive through a beautiful wooded area. We encountered squirrels there several times crossing the road. Once we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view. It was exactly like the pictures. We were also very satisfied with the house itself. Beautiful rooms, nice beds, and a lovely kitchen with a dishwasher & washing machine. Outside there is a lovely terrace with a nice pool and beautiful views. What we especially liked is that the garden offers total privacy. You do have 2 neighbors, but you don't really have to see each other if you don't feel like it. We were here with 2 adults and 3 children (9, 7 & 3 years) and were never bored. The children had hours of fun in the pool. We would also like to say that the service is really great! The water in the shower cubicle stopped draining. We reported this on Sunday around 1700 hours, and on Monday morning at 0900 hours (time in consultation with us) someone was already at the door to solve it! Are you looking for a house where you can really relax and enjoy a beautiful view? Don't hesitate and just book!
Peace, privacy and a beautiful view! We had a wonderful time in and around the house. In the house you can relax in the spacious kitchen, everything is there for delicious cooking. It is a nice, cozy house with a lot of charm. Keep in mind the French beds (130x190) if you are tall. Outside you have a lot of privacy! A lovely outdoor space with a spacious terrace with BBQ, adjacent to the terrace a deck with sun loungers and the nice swimming pool. There is plenty to do in the area, walking, swimming, castles, beautiful towns and of course delicious food!
Nice domain, fantastic view! swimming pool a bit on the cold side (especially for children) kitchen not really super equipped. 2 rooms above much too hot (at warm temperatures)
Heerlijke idyllische ligging!! Leuke streek om toeristische uitstapjes te maken. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!
