The luxurious 3 bedrooms holiday home in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salle was lovingly and tastefully renovated in 2004 and suitable for families and groups of friends, can accommodate 6 persons. There is a terrace where you can relax in the sun and a barbecue for you to enjoy a delicious meal with families and friends together.
From there, you can bring the children to visit the Pierre Brune amusement park near Mervent 17 km away. The nearest restaurants are at 4 km, tennis court and suparmarkets are 6 km, the lake is 30 km, golf course and seabeach are 50 km away.
The tranquil holiday home has a private swimming pool and fenced garden to relax and unwind. There is a well equipped kitchen, living with dining room has flatscreen TV, fireplace and DVD player, furnished bedrooms with it's own bathroom and every required sanitary facilities. A little further away is a large playground for the children with a swing set and slide as well as children's bed, high chair and table tennis.
The nearest airport is 41 min drive away from the house.

very spacious house nicely decorated and super quiet location
Magnificent place calm, restful conducive to walks. The cottage is equipped with all amenities, spacious and in line with what we expected. Fenced and large garden. We were very well received. We recommend!
It is a very picturesque house. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with toilet and a common toilet in the hallway. Spacious kitchen with necessary amenities, large living room with large table that we did not use due to beautiful weather. We have used the terrace with large table to eat and play games. Beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, sun and shade spots, then a large garden for kubben or other tuinspelen.Bakker is 10 minutes by car, very beautiful towns in the vicinity.
A true haven of peace! Thanks to Tom for his welcome, his kindness and his availability. We spent a wonderful week in his superb house. The swimming pool is magnificent. Ideal for resting, rejuvenating! We will surely come back!
We were received very nicely by the caretaker Sylvie. She is French, but if you cannot figure it out completely, she links it back to the Dutch-speaking owner. We have stayed in the house with our daughters, their partners our granddaughter of 1 year and 3 bearded collies. The house is tastefully decorated and you really lack nothing. The swimming pool with its cozy seating area and the fantastic spacious garden are the icing on the cake. Around the house you can walk in peace with the dogs. The coast is easily accessible (50 minutes to La Rochelle) and there are nice towns to see in the nearby area. The abbey in Nieul is also worth a visit. In short this is a fantastic stay
We enjoyed the great house. We also had a great time at the Océanide Center in Fontenay-le-Comte, and a day at NaturZoo de Mervent. Also a day at Le Grandéfi. We have "saved" a frog and a salamander from the filter well of the swimming pool. Despite the pet weather, we took a dip in the pool. The area is beautiful. It takes a while to find a restaurant and shops. Finally we came out. In the Super U and l’Eclair in Fontenay le Compte Closing fantastic house with beautiful decor. Thanks for the presence of books, CDs and DVDs. The welcome sweets are much appreciated. Also the presence of kitchen roll and toilet paper. Overall a wonderful week.
