Mountain house at 1,500 metres above sea level, 20 minutes from the Upper Engadine (St. Moritz-Pontresina), 20 minutes from Valtellina (wine production) and 20 minutes from Livigno (duty-free zone), at the entrance to the nature reserve. Ski slopes (Diavolezza/Lagalb) and snowskiting are 15 min. away by car. Bernina railway Unesco world heritage is reachable in 15 min. Three bedrooms each with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a sunny balcony, a bathroom (with WC, washbasin and shower), a toilet (with WC and washbasin), a large eat-in kitchen with wood-burning fireplace, gas cooker, electricity, heat pump boiler. The house is not completely fenced and the outside area is partly video-monitored. The house is an ideal starting point for hikes or snowshoe hikes, e.g. into the Val di Campo, a protected region with very romantic lakes. The nature around the house and the hiking possibilities combined with a beautiful view are unique. The Swiss quality and the Italian style make this region unique. Good food at reasonable prices.
