Facilities: - Completely renovated: The house was extensively modernised at the end of 2024 and shines in new splendour. From the modern kitchen and cosy bedrooms to the spacious bathroom - you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Sustainable and energy-efficient: thanks to a powerful integrated solar system (17.6 kWp) on the roof, you are independent of the public electricity grid. The stored energy (42 kWh) reliably supplies the house with electricity. Should there ever be a shortage, an emergency generator is available. - Electric car charging station: E-car drivers also get their money's worth with us. Charge your vehicle directly at the hotel and enjoy the benefits of electromobility. Please note that charging (type 2) is only possible when the sun is shining and up to a maximum output of 11 kW. - The house is not completely fenced in and the outdoor area is partly video-monitored. In the winter months, we recommend using a four-wheel drive vehicle, as road conditions can vary depending on the snow conditions. If there is a lot of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking facilities are available, footpath approx. 100 m to the house). - On foot: For nature lovers, an approx. 25-minute hike from Poschiavo is ideal.
