The place is in a vibrant area right next to the Place de la Bastille, but situated in a very peaceful street and courtyard, It is not far to walk to the Seine and the islands, and also well served with metros to all of Paris, The little garden just outside the apartment, visible from the window during meals, is very charming, Good quality kitchen utensils and dishes, and the cleaning and linen are also good, The only point to note is the bed, clearly visible in the photos, very comfortable to sleep in but a little awkward to get in and out of, as it is high, but not a problem if you are 20 or 30 years younger than us! Overall, the stay is comfortable and pleasant,

My single complaint was that a code was required to be delivered to your phone / Airbnb app on-site for access, My Internet connection was sluggish as I was in a foreign country, This should be factored in for future clients, It was quite a while before I received that code and was able to enter,

I enjoyed my stay near Bastille, I had the opportunity to enjoy the local restaurants, an excellent bakery and many small shops nearby while enjoying the quiet of an interior courtyard, The front door can be somewhat hidden by vegetation, be careful not to try to break into the neighbors! Overall, my stay was very pleasant,
