Check-in was easy and everything was exactly where expected. Getting settled took no time at all.

The double bed suited two people well, and having a coffee machine in the mornings was appreciated. The kitchen had all basic items needed to make breakfast indoors.

The street was quiet and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bed felt soft and the heating warmed up fast, so I slept well after busy days out.

Anyone visiting Paris should consider staying here if they want a simple place. The location close to Palais Garnier is handy, with many sights within walking distance. The kitchen has all essentials for quick meals which saved us time and money.

The description is inaccurate. It is supposed to be a king size bed, and is a single bed. The company you used to cancel the reservation, though I alerted them to based on their follow up email six days before my resignation.

This offers great value since there is both a washing machine and dishwasher included. Its location beats many pricier places around Opéra.

Over all a very nice stay. Apartment was in a fabulous location and easy to get anywhere. Ned was a bit firm for our taste but purely a preference thing. Would stay again!

Small details such as the hairdryer and shampoo made it easier to pack less for our trip.

Excellent rental in an amazing location. Close to the metro and everything else we needed. Rental was sufficient for all of our needs (2 adults and 1 teenager).

The ongoing noise starts at 10:30PM outside just below our building when taxi drivers speak loud until 7 AM in the morning making it horrible to speak. I called the police (dialed 17) last night but they sent no one’s. I went down and respectfully asked the drivers to be quiet but they didn’t listen. The squeaky noise on the floor makes it even worse when one of us wants to use the toilet at night. Not to mention the Vandome dance club noise, bikes, and people that constantly shout until the morning. This building definitely needed better shielded windows. I haven’t been able to get a good sleep for three nights so far.

Joffrey's apartment is precisely as shown in the images and explained, It's excellently located and ideal for a couple or two individuals, Despite its compact size, it's equipped with everything necessary for a relaxed stay, The apartment's layout is very well thought out, with ample storage, a kitchen corner with all required appliances, and a pristine bed with spotless bedding! It also has a well-kept shower room with a sink and toilet, However, if you're a light sleeper, this apartment might not be for you due to a few bars located directly below, The noise can be quite loud, even with the windows shut, almost feeling like people are right next to our bed, One day, when the bars were shut, there was construction noise until 5 am, As New Yorkers, we're accustomed to street noise, but it might be an issue for some, The communication was good and all our queries were promptly addressed, We faced a few issues with the internet, TV, cable, and key locker, but we managed and had an enjoyable stay,

We reserved the small flat for a business trip and everything went smoothly, Great location, simple and amicable interaction with Joffrey, Would return!

There are even a couple of clubs nearby, The location is very convenient, The apartment is quite spacious for the area and is equipped with everything you need for a short to medium-length stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again :)

Had a great time during my stay, it takes a little while to fully appreciate the place but once you settle down, it's charming, The location is decent and comfortable, There was some noise around but it was manageable, The bathroom is nice and recently renovated, The TV could be improved with English language options for those who don't know French, Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the place, Looking forward to coming back again,

The property was clean and inviting, There was no air conditioning in the property and it was very very hot, The property owners were not flexible about the check-in and check-out, We asked to pay to stay another three hours in the apartment and were met with refusal, We came to a wedding and had suitcases and a lot of equipment with us and had to look for a place to store the suitcases until our flight, Shame!!!!

The CheckMyGuest location is absolutely fantastic! We were able to stroll to all the places we wanted to visit, and there are fantastic restaurants in the area, Being in the heart of the city meant that it could get a bit noisy at night, On the plus side, the check-in process was incredibly simple, The only downside was that the elevator was out of order,

We enjoyed a lovely one-week stay in this sunny third floor studio in a contemporary building just a stone's throw away from the stunning Paris Opera, Starting from the Opera Metro station, we explored all around Paris either by train or on foot, The flat is located on a peaceful side street that only gets a bit noisy during weekends when the nearby restaurant is bustling with customers, We found the studio to be tidy, cozy and well-stocked, We made use of the washing machine, liked the hot shower, and purchased breakfast essentials from the nearby convenience store, Just a couple of things to note: if using the dryer, remember to check on your clothes regularly as the timer didn't work properly for us and ended up over-drying them, Additionally, there's a slightly unpleasant musty smell coming from one of the lower kitchen cabinets which I mentioned to bnb), Also, don't hesitate to reach out to your local contact for any assistance you may require, Their role is to ensure your satisfaction in order to receive a good review, Joffrey, our contact person, was very prompt in his responses although it would have been nice to meet him in person, Overall, this cozy little studio was perfect for a couple's getaway, but might be a bit cramped for a group of four,
