You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish. - The tap water is not drinkable and it can't be used in cooking, but only for laundry. So you will have to get bottled water from the supermarket. - Me and my wife Titsa might be staying in the house's basement, which, however, has a separate entrance. You will only see us when you need to take care of the garden, which we always try to do when you are away, or if you want to talk to us. - You will have the exclusive use of the swimming pool, 4,5 x 9 x 1,40 m., which is fenced and locked for safety reasons. You will get the keys by your arrival so that you have absolute control over the pool's use. - According to Greek law, you must give us your passport number and the full address of your residence in your country upon your arrival. - Parties are not allowed. - There is an 11 KV EV CHARGER for charging electric cars. The service will be provided free of charge. Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed and a high chair for small children in the holiday home. The beach is about 1300 metres away. The town centre with its supermarkets is approximately 700 metres away.
