The ground floor, about 30 m² in size, consists of a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for six people. On the first floor is the first bedroom with balcony and window, double bed, wardrobe and a TV. Next to it is the bathroom/WC with a shower and washbasin. On the second level is the second bedroom with a wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers and a very large balcony with a sea view and a view of the mountain landscape. Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a gravel path of approx. 10 metres. This access road is also used by the owner, who lives on the neighbouring property. The fencing surrounds this holiday home together with the landlady's neighbouring property as one unit. As the landlady also has two small dogs, only small dogs are allowed. There are many free-roaming cats in the neighbourhood. Free internet is available. There are also two travel cots for small children in the holiday home. There are other beaches nearby. 1 km from the house is the small harbour Ormos Panagias, where you can make beautiful day trips to Mount Athos. On request, the landlady offers a free change of bed linen after a five-day stay.
