Welcome to our holiday home in Zoutelande. 5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space.
The completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A wonderful house with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, "Emma" mattresses, combi oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, closed and private gardens all around, bicycle shed with charging point, outdoor faucet, etc.). The ground floor has a cozy living room, open kitchen and attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin, hair dryer. The first floor has a spacious landing with skylight and fitted wardrobe. A bedroom with two beds and dormer window and also a spacious bedroom with two beds, washbasin and cupboard wall. The entire house has central heating, a PVC floor and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. There is also an iron and baby bath.
5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space. There is a playground. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby?! You can park the cars on your own property. The center of Zoutelande (with all facilities and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is a 5-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk.
The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling!

Zeer comfortabel en schoon! Het huis was precies zoals beschreven, en we waardeerden de aandacht voor detail, De kinderen hielden van de speeltuin in de buurt, en we genoten van onze avondwandelingen op het strand, Zou het aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een gezinsvriendelijk verblijf

Fantastic location at the bottom of the dunes! We enjoyed the scenic walks and the fresh sea air, The house itself was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook meals after a day at the beach, Highly recommend!
The house is very spacious and perfect for larger groups, We were a party of six and never felt cramped, The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, A great base for exploring the area!
A lovely place to unwind! The house was clean and cozy, equipped with modern amenities, It was just a 5-minute bike ride to the charming center of Zoutelande, where we found great cafes and shops, Will definitely return!
Dieser Ort hat einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre! Super gemütlich und nah am Strand, In nur 5 Minuten bist du am Meer, 🏖️ Das ganze Haus ist frisch renoviert und fühlt sich so luxuriös an - definitiv ein toller Ort für einen Familienurlaub, Außerdem ist der Spielplatz in der Nähe ein großer Gewinn für die Kleinen, Kein Witz, ich liebte die Atmosphäre hier!
