Welcome to our holiday home in Zoutelande. The completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome.
A wonderful house with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, "Emma" mattresses, combi oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, closed and private garden all around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap, etc.). The house has a cozy living room, open kitchen with all conveniences, such as a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. There is an attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin and a bedroom with a bed and a semi-high sleeper. There is a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with washbasin. The entire house has central heating, a PVC floor and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. The house stands on a plot of 147m², completely fenced with greenery and wire mesh and a renovated terrace with various furniture.
5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space. There is a playground. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby?! You park the cars on your own property. The center of Zoutelande (with all facilities and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is a 5-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk.
The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday at the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande can be reached within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental and fresh bakery.

Gezellig klein vakantiehuisje dicht bij het strand met geweldige voorzieningen en terras
We had a lovely family vacation here, The bedrooms were spacious and the layout was practical for our needs, It was just a short bike ride into the center of Zoutelande, where we found great dining options, The hosts were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience
Dans l'ensemble, une maison de vacances solide, L'emplacement était calme mais proche de la plage et des magasins, C'était agréable d'avoir notre animal avec nous, et le jardin clôturé était parfait pour lui, Pas beaucoup de chichis, mais cela a répondu à tous nos besoins essentiels
Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich genossen, Es war großartig, einen eingezäunten Garten für den Hund zu haben, und die Kinder liebten die nahegelegenen Dünen, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und es war super einfach, zum Strand zu gelangen, Perfekt für einen entspannenden Familienurlaub!

Ehrlich gesagt, alles an diesem Ort ist anders, Die Einrichtung ist süß und die Annehmlichkeiten sind perfekt, Ideal für einen Familienausflug oder einfach für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub mit Freunden, Die Nähe zum Strand von Zoutelande ist ein großer Pluspunkt
