Description
This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find, in addition to the living room with a TV with streaming function and a Playstation 4, an open kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has four double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. Two of the bedrooms offer enough space to place a cot. There are also three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing.
Through the patio doors, you reach the enclosed garden on the water with a covered terrace with a heater and garden furniture. There are also four sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for three cars at the villa.

Had a pleasant stay, The house was clean and bright, with ample sleeping arrangements for our group, It was a bit far from the main city, but that added to the tranquility,

Voordelen: comfortabele bedden, geweldige douche en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand in Zingst, Nadelen: een beetje klein voor grotere gezinnen, maar over het algemeen hadden we een goede ervaring,
De infraroodsauna was een aangename verrassing! Het voegde een vleugje luxe toe aan ons verblijf. We vonden het heerlijk om dicht bij het strand te zijn en de omgeving te verkennen.
