Description
This detached villa is located at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, only 400 m. from the North Sea beach and 13 km. from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find next to the living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor are another three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Through the garden doors, you can reach the garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

It could be cleaner though.
Nice house, things that were broken were repaired in no time. Quiet park and nice and close to the sea. Restaurant in the park is also recommended!!
We genoten van onze tijd hier, maar het weer was niet aan onze kant, De villa was gezellig en had een fijne sfeer, en we hebben veel tijd in de sauna doorgebracht, wat perfect was voor de regenachtige dagen
De locatie is perfect voor strandliefhebbers! Slechts een korte wandeling naar Cadzand Bad Beach en dicht bij charmante eetgelegenheden zoals Bistro Coco, De villa zelf is goed uitgerust en schoon, ideaal voor onze familievakantie
Deze plek had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, Het was schoon, goed onderhouden en had voldoende ruimte voor onze familie, We hielden ervan om zo dicht bij het strand en de natuurparken te zijn
Had a fantastic weekend! The beach is just a short stroll away, and the local restaurants were superb, The villa was spacious enough for our group and had a lovely garden for relaxing
