Description
This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The villa is located on the outer edge of the holiday park and consists of three separate, semi-detached and fully furnished holiday homes (in a three-under-one-roof design). Connecting doors between the homes are on the ground floor only. The perfect solution if you want to enjoy a holiday with three families but don't need to be together all the time. The shared front door leads to a hall with the front doors of the individual homes. On the ground floor, each home has a living room with a TV and an open plan kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor of each home you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds that can be set up as a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the landing. In total, there are six bedrooms, three bathrooms and six toilets. There is enough space for a cot in two of the bedrooms. There are three portable cots, high chairs, children's baths and playpens available. There is also a stair gate on the upper floor. The power points are covered and there is one camp cart available. Two storage rooms, a washing machine and a dryer complete your accommodation.
The patio doors open onto the gardens, which feature a terrace with garden furniture. The entire garden surrounding the villa is fenced. There's room to park one car at the villa.

Ons verblijf was heerlijk! De villa was ruim en had een geweldige indeling voor onze drie gezinnen, De tuin was een leuke bonus voor de kinderen, en we waardeerden de rustige omgeving, Een beetje rijden naar Brugge, maar het is het waard voor de rust
We hadden een fantastische verblijf in de villa! Ruim en goed uitgerust, perfect voor onze gezinsuitje, De kinderen vonden het leuk om hun eigen ruimte te hebben en de tuin was een geweldige plek voor hen om te spelen terwijl wij ons ontspanden, Het strand was slechts een korte wandeling verwijderd, wat onze ochtenden zo aangenaam maakte
We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Cadzand-Bad! The spacious layout was perfect for our family reunion, Each unit was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds, The kids loved the fenced garden, and we appreciated how close we were to the beach—just a short stroll away! The nearby dining options, especially Bistro Coco, were a delightful surprise, Highly recommend for families!
The location of this villa is just perfect! Close to the North Sea beach and a short drive to Knokke for some lovely dining options, The villa itself was very clean and comfortable, making our stay stress-free
