Description
This restyled villa, which is detached and located on the water, can be found at the Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park. It is just 400 m away from the beach of the North Sea and a mere 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV with streaming function and an open-plan kitchen featuring, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. A washing machine in the storage room completes the facilities.
Through the patio doors, you reach the enclosed garden on the water with a covered terrace with a heater and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.

Ik verbleef hier een weekend en alles was perfect. De villa was erg ruim en het was leuk dat er een roeibootje voor de deur lag! De inrichting is mooi, maar zou iets meer persoonlijkheid mogen hebben. Al met al een geweldige plek voor een groep.
Das Haus entsprach den Bildern, der Platz war für 6 Personen ausreichend, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich, aber die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig, Der Strand, das kleine Dorf und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Ein großer Nachteil ist, dass sich das Haus in einem Ferienpark befindet, was zu zusätzlichen Kosten führt: Einerseits die Zahlung an Airbnb, andererseits Gebühren an den Ferienpark Roompot, Dies wurde im Voraus nicht klar kommuniziert, Bei der Ankunft muss man zur Rezeption des Parks fahren, um den Standort des Hauses und den Schlüsselcode zu erhalten, Die Kommunikation ist schnell, jedoch werden direkt gestellte Fragen oft nicht hilfreich beantwortet
De indeling van de villa was perfect voor onze groep, elke kamer was comfortabel en de tuin bood een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. De nabijgelegen restaurants boden uitstekend eten,

Très bel endroit, tout était bon et propre, Le jardin était super relaxant pour se détendre après une journée à la plage, Juste un petit avertissement, le WiFi était un peu instable parfois mais nous avons géré, Je reviendrais sûrement !
La villa était adéquate pour notre escapade en famille, Elle avait tous les équipements nécessaires et était propre à notre arrivée, Bien que nous ayons apprécié la proximité de la plage, nous avons trouvé la décoration un peu vieillotte, L'agencement fonctionnait bien pour nous, notamment avec les salles de bains séparées sur les deux étages, Si vous cherchez un endroit fonctionnel où séjourner près de la mer du Nord, cette villa coche les cases, même si elle pourrait bénéficier d'une certaine modernisation
