A bathroom with rain shower and toilet, and a bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate guest toilet. From the hall, the stairs provide access to the living area on the first floor. The neat living room has a flat screen with digital TV with foreign channels and also provides access to the spacious balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with comfortable built-in appliances, such as a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the storage room.
