Detached luxurious lodge with washingmachine, near the beach
Description
These brand new, detached and ground-floor bungalows are located in the sustainable and car-free holiday park Water Village, which will open its doors in July 2019.
The bungalows are built with sustainable materials and are heated with a heat pump instead of natural gas. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. There are two bathrooms ensuite (with underfloor heating) with walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet.
You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. You can park at the central parking lot.
Holiday park Water Village is a completely new park and is still under construction. We will try to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. The images are artist's impressions. Once the photos are available, they will be added.
Note: From January 19 to February 1, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed due to maintenance work. As a guest of Roompot Beach Resort and Water Village, you can use the swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is closed as of now. You are welcome to come bowling at De Pearl on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
From March 2 to March 6, 2026, Rijkswaterstaat will carry out maintenance work at the beach of Roompot Beach Resort. For safety reasons, the beach will be inaccessible during this period.

The facility was great! Location great. One thing that surprised us, the house wasn't clean enough unfortunately. We paid €95 for final cleaning but it didn't look fresh upon arrival. Dust, spider webs,.....We made the most of it and enjoyed the great location and spaciousness.
A compact and luxurious house with all amenities needed for a great holiday. Location is favorable, walking distance to the sea and harbor. And dogs are welcome.

Something had gone wrong with the cleaning during arrival, but this was rectified fairly quickly and correctly. Good service where you are heard. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Worth repeating.
Lovely house with everything on it and aan.Veel privacy and car luw.Had a nice time. Everything arranged online, even the key via the network (code) so no waiting at a reception or something like that.
It is a pity that there is no compensation for the closure of the swimming pool !! But otherwise excellent!!
