Detached luxury lodge with a garden nearby the sea
Description
These detached, single-storey lodges are located in the sustainable and car-free Water Village holiday park. The lodges are built with sustainable materials and are heated with a heat pump instead of natural gas. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. Most of the luxurious lodges are located by the water. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. There is a bathroom (with underfloor heating) with walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet.
You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. You can park at the central parking lot.
Note: From January 19 to February 1, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed due to maintenance work. As a guest of Roompot Beach Resort and Water Village, you can use the swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is closed as of now. You are welcome to come bowling at De Pearl on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
From March 2 to March 6, 2026, Rijkswaterstaat will carry out maintenance work at the beach of Roompot Beach Resort. For safety reasons, the beach will be inaccessible during this period.

The accommodation was not cleaned and it rained all day. The roof was broken and rained into both the bedroom and the hallway. I didn't get more than towels
Beautiful houses, the Warer village looks great. It's pleasantly quiet. One is very fast on the beach and can use many amenities of the place next door. (Supermarket, restaurants, bike rentals..) Would definitely come back!
It was a beautiful stay well located, unfortunately the stay was not properly cleaned on arrival, not vacuumed, not mopped, the shower and the taps were still dirty. And dust and cobwebs everywhere. Furthermore, had a very nice warm stay, beautiful surroundings!
Upon arrival after 3:00 pm, the final cleaning of the previous tenants still had to be done. Poorly cleaned, no toilet paper, no manual of any device. Faulty faucet in the toilet. Heating did not work!! Not improving even after notification!
The experience with Bellvilla was extremely good. From the first booking to (unfortunately) canceling ... due to Corona to the new booking. My stay in my apartment (Water Village) was also good. A minus point for the cleanliness, but is probably due to my (exaggerated) cleanliness. The houses are very modern, nothing was missing. It is very quiet in Water Village, ideal for someone who wants to switch off. In the opposite park there is a small supermarket / a swimming pool / restaurant / ect ... everything can be used. There is also a lot of variety for the children and if you want some peace and quiet😁…. Off to the Water Village. All in all ... good experience! To recommend ! PS there is an adjoining room with washing machine and enough space for several bicycles.
We stayed in Strandloaper No. 35. At first glance the house looks like the pictures, but it was very dirty. The floor was neither vacuumed nor mopped, the mirror in the bathroom was smeared, probably never cleaned under the beds because everything was full of flakes of dust just like in the toilet. Under the couch was the dog toy of the previous tenant, the mattresses on the beds were unreasonable as you could feel all the springs. Neither of us are fussy and not overly precise, but we didn't feel at all comfortable. The style of the houses and the location are great, with a little care you could spend nice days here for a long time, but we don't want to go on vacation in such a dirty house and can therefore not recommend it. What a shame!
