Description
The medieval village of Serignana dates back to the 13th century, is located on the edge of the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests and from its careful recovery suggestive apartments have been created with attention to every detail which still retain all the magic, history and traditional Tuscan culture.
PALAZZO overlooks the village square and was the ancient manor house.
It has an independent entrance on two sides, one from the square through the splendid loggia and the other from the back through which it is easily accessed in case of disabilities. It all develops on one floor. Through the ancient loggia, which overlooks the square and the church and where you can eat and stay, you enter the large living room which includes the kitchenette with a built-in hob complete with dishwasher, fridge, hob and oven, the dining area with the ancient fireplace and single sofa/bed. Three charming bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower. Wooden ceilings, original terracotta floors.
From the back you can access the "secret garden", a suggestive area surrounded by ancient flowered walls for the exclusive use of the apartment with an external table for lunch,
Around the large and evocative park that surrounds the entire village, with the swimming pool and barbecue. Free HIFI.
A shared space called "Grottino" is available to the guests of the village where everyone can stay and find books to read, magazines, tourist brochures of the area and of Florence, games for children, board games.
Groceries, bars and restaurants within km. 1.5; supermarkets within km. 15.
A few hundred meters from the village you can do: sport fishing, trekking on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike, you can visit the numerous waterfalls and the important peaks of the Apennines. The archaeological site of Frascole (Dicomano), Lake Bilancino, the Mugello International Autodrome, the Poggio dei Medici Golf Course.

The house is from 1422 and has been well renovated, the furniture is old and bad, the beds are rock hard so a drama for us as guests The one kilometer access road is steep and full of boulders and big holes in the road , driving up is a drama the gravel flies under the car and we have already been stuck twice and one tire broke and there it is you as a senior The location is great, the nature is indescribably beautiful and you really relax But getting sandwiches in the morning is not possible due to the bad unpaved road And making trips is also not attractive because the way up holds you back So we don't go here anymore
Wat een pareltje is dit! De locatie is rustig, omgeven door de natuur. We waardeerden de gemakkelijke toegang tot wandelpaden en nabijgelegen attracties. De gastheer was vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Belvilla by Oyo Palazzo! De middeleeuwse charme van Serignany is betoverend en het appartement was de perfecte mix van comfort en geschiedenis, de geheime tuin was een welkome verrassing voor ons diner in de buitenlucht

Cet endroit était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin pour une escapade paisible, L'appartement était bien équipé et très propre, avec une belle vue sur la place du village, C'était super d'avoir accès à la piscine partagée et au Grottino pour lire, Bien que l'emplacement soit un peu éloigné, c'était agréable de se déconnecter et de profiter de la nature, Quelques restaurants à proximité rendaient le repas à l'extérieur facile, et les hôtes étaient sympathiques et accommodants
