In its surroundings, there is a beautiful artificial lawn area with 4 sun loungers, ideal to sunbathe. This zone is fenced in case children are accommodated at the property. Then, we invite you to prepare a delicious outdoor barbecue and taste it at the terrace.
This house is as unique that features a large and very original kitchen-living-dining room, thanks to its rock view. Next to the air conditioning, you can cook your best recipes on the gas hob, eat, watch TV, listen to music or read. Right there, there is the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, one of which also offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and an additional basic kitchen, being as a small apartment with direct access to the pool. Two dormitories have air conditioning. In case there are two more guests, we can provide you with a double sofa-bed. The accommodation is completed with another bathtub bathroom, two fans, two radiators, a cot and a high chair.

It is ideal for those who are looking for tranquility. Ador is at only 8 km from Gandía and 15 km from Playa de Gandía. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 30.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
