This unit is more of a micro accommodation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; air conditioning was a plus. Building is well maintained, quiet, secure, and in a good location. Very small refrigerator. Never got the coffee maker to work. There was a rather large hot water dispenser but no tea was available. Bathroom was clean with a nice shower (although one has to squeeze by the door as it moves inward). The internal door lock was a bit of a challenge to get open. In an emergency if one is panicked it’s not straightforward. No elevator so the hauling of heavy suitcases up five floors can be a challenge. Washer dryer wasn’t in the unit but rather down a long basement stairway. Did not venture there. Lastly, there really isn’t a workspace area other than the bed. Small microwave available. Any food eating must take place sitting on the bed.

Great location and very clean updated apartment. To my own fault, probably not enough research. We had heavy luggage and climbed 8 flights of stairs to our apartment. The bathroom is very nice, great shower, but if you were a large person you would have to get in the shower to close the bathroom door. This really was a great place, and great location, just a few things to note if they apply to you. The bed was comfortable, nice tv and airconditioner. Nice closets (2) if needed Hair dryer had a diffuser which was an awesome addition if you have curly hair like me

Wonderful bed! Very comfortable! Place is very very small - had to stand in the shower to get in and out of bathroom.

Das Reinigungsteam sollte ausgetauscht werden,Dusche schmutzig,alle Ecken an der Glaswand schon lange nicht geputzt,auch im Schlafzimmer war nicht alles sauber,würde anders präsentiert,es wurden für 2 Personen Tourismus Abgabe (10€) pro Person verrechnet, obwohl 1 Erwachsener und 1Kind (13) anwesend waren, würde es nicht weiter empfehlen zu teuer, entspricht nicht dem Angebot Helga

The location was perfect! Within a 5 minute walk you were at the Louvre, There are beautiful streets nearby and if you are a fan of Emily in Paris you are in the right place because there are a number of hotspots within a maximum of 10 minutes, In short, it was great!

Great location and perfect for a city break, The room was small, but that's to be expected in Paris, It wasn't exactly spotless - there were hairs on the bed and the floor felt a bit greasy and dirty - but it was manageable, Overall, it was a good choice for a weekend break, The room had good amenities and the receptionist was helpful,

The location of this place is very convenient and easy to get to, There are many things to do, see, and eat around the area, Although the room was a bit small, we didn't spend much time in it besides sleeping, The noise levels were also very low, which was nice!

The air conditioning was very comfortable and the location was great, despite the many stairs to reach the room, Although the space was quite small, it was manageable and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future,

The lack of an elevator makes it very difficult to carry heavy luggage up, but a beautiful space appears when you go in, It's good except for having to wash towels yourself (washer and dryer are free) and the narrow stairs without an elevator! The location was so nice that it was enjoyable, It was a memorable honeymoon,

The hotel's location is fantastic as it is near to many Parisian attractions, Moreover, it is within walking distance to Les Halles-Chatelet station which makes it very convenient to travel around Paris by train, Being at the center helped us make the most out of our stay in Paris,

This is a great place for one or two people, It may be small, but it has everything you need, As it is located on the upper floor, you will need to climb several flights of stairs to get there, However, it is very close to the Seine, and you can easily walk to Notre Dame and other attractions, I would definitely stay here again,

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, The location in Paris was ideal, The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, extremely clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay, The communication before and during our stay was exceptional, and there was even a guidebook with some great recommendations, We could not have asked for more from our stay,
