This apartment in Gerlos is located next to the ski lift. It comes with 4 bedrooms and a sauna to unwind after a tiring day. It is perfect for a group of 8 or families with children to stay.
Zillertal Arena is at a walkable distance and is one of the most beautiful skiing areas of Tirol. During the summer, you can enjoy walking and mountain biking. The lake at 4 km is ideal for a refreshing swim. Enjoy local food from restaurants at 100 m. For shopping, supermarket is at a walkable distance of 10 m.
The cold evenings can be spent in the living room watching TV with the wood stove keeping you cosy. The apartment has a floor heating so that you can comfortably walk around. The bedrooms are also comfortable with a double bed, TV and balcony. Children's bed, high chair (small fee) and garage are also provided. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains from the roof terrace. Ski storage is also available.
Public transport is nearby at 10 m.

The apartment was beyond fantastic. However, 1 very big downside was the cleaning. On arrival 200 euros cleaning costs had to be settled immediately. Much more than we're used to, but ok. However, upon entering the apartment we were confronted with a poorly cleaned house. When putting down the suitcases in the bedrooms, the dust flakes flew around our ears. Immediately picked up a vacuum cleaner via the reception to vacuum yourself. Then other things were found (in the bathroom, without going into details) which we could clean ourselves before using. After contacting the owner it turned out that there are problems with the new cleaning company. Probably, but this now became our problem, despite the hefty cleaning costs already paid. In the end, it turned out that the dishwasher was not working properly because it was clogged due to a large amount of glass shards (?).
Perfect location with a very nice apartment
Environment is super. Close to the cable car and facilities Arrivals can only be made after 3 p.m. A pity but is no different. For € 1, you can use a washing machine, completely top. Great loss in the cottage was a hair dryer (especially among the ladies). Because of the perfect insulation, many small fish suffer from silver fish in cupboards, furniture and bathrooms.
Key was neatly in a safe. Nice apartment, beautiful environment.

arrival OK accommodation excellent (but may also be for the money) environment OK very close to ski lift. Gerlos is a bit of a dead end, contrary to what is said on the internet (party village - really not!)
